The B Fit Nutrition Philosophy is simple. Eat Real Food!
Eat lean meat protein, lots of low glycemic fruits and vegetables and small portion of whole grains and lots of water

Straight Talk

Drink 1/2 Your Body Weight in Ounces of Water Every Day.  If you weigh 200lbs then you should be drinking 100 ounces of water throughout the day.

Avoid Sugar - Sugar in all its additive forms must be avoided.  This does not include the natural sugars that come in fruits. 

Eliminate Processed Foods (fried, white, fast foods, packaged and/or junk foods and snacks

Eat Protein - Protein builds muscles, increase your metabolism, and keeps you full longer.  Most people cut protein when trying to lose weight weight and that is the last thing you should ever do.  Have protein with every meal.

Think Green - Eat a Cooked Green vegetable at least once a a day.  You should include a variety of fruits and vegetables of all colors in your diet but be sure to eat a generous portion of a cooked green vegetable at least once every day.  That includes, green beans, cabbage, kale, spinach, collards, asparagus etc.






Wanna Get Technical?

40% Carbohydrates
Focus on whole grains, like oatmeal, brown rice, quinoa, and fibrous       fruits and vegetables.  Stay low on the glycemic index.

30% Protein
Lean Proteins, like chicken breast, egg whites, salmon, beans, and whey         protein powder are recommended high protein sources for you to build             lean, strong muscles.  Eat lean red meats like Bison no more than twice         a month to keep your energy flowing and muscle growing.

30% Good Fats
Eat Fat to Lose Fat! Yes we believe in eating fat.  Healthy Fats of           course.  Fats naturally occur in nuts, avocados, and fish like Salmon.  In         addition cooking with olive oil and using it on your salads will help you  am         feel full longer and give you heart healthy benefits of it's antioxidants.

5:00 am - Pre-Workout Snack
1 Chabani Strawberry Greek Yogurt

5:30 am - B Fit Boot Camp Workout

7:00 am  - Post-Workout Whey Protein Shake
1 Scoop Whey Protein, 1 cup Fat Free Milk


9:00 am - Breakfast
1/2 cup oatmeal w/ 1/2 cup diced apples, 3 Egg Whites Scrambled


12:00 pm - Lunch
Grilled Chicken Salad with Olive Oil and Vinegar Dressing


4:00 pm - Snack
1/2 Sliced Roma Apple and 1/2 TB Reduced Fat Peanut Butter


7:00 pm -  Dinner
4oz Salmon and 1 cup of Kale

9:00 pm - Bed
